Q: Do your dogs come with any kind of health guarantee?
A: We do not sell dogs unless they have been deemed healthy at the time of the sale. You will receive documentation from our veterinarian stating the good health of your new dog.

Q: What are my delivery options?
A: Though we can ship your new dog to you, we prefer to have one of our staff members show you how to work your new dog with the various commands he/she has learned. Therefore, it is recommended that you come to the Wichita, Kansas area to pick up your dog. If you prefer, we can do the traveling ourselves and bring your new dog to you at your expense. Most people choose to have us bring the dog to them, as there are sometimes specific issues the new owner wants us to address (such as teaching the dog not to go upstairs, etc.).

Q: Do you deliver trained dogs for sale to Canada, Puerto Rico, or overseas?
A: Yes, we can deliver trained dogs for sale to Canada, Puerto Rico, and in many cases, to other countries. Please contact us for specific questions and areas of delivery.

Q: What is your return/refund policy?
A:

We guarantee the training and level of obedience on all our trained family dogs.  Here is our policy regarding this:

Trained family dogs for sale
We do not offer refunds on trained family dogs.  We do realize, however, that sometimes the family and the dog may not be a good match.  In these cases, if the family contacts us within the 30 day bonding period to inform us it's not working, we will replace the dog with a dog of equal value.  You will be responsible for the shipping of the dog back to us, but the new dog will not cost you extra unless you choose a dog that is valued at a higher amount.

Q: Do I need training when accepting a trained dog into my family?
A: Yes, as mentioned above, you need to know how to work with your dog. It is most effective when we can show you how to work with your dog and then watch you do it, so as to correct any handling techniques you may be struggling to learn.

Q: What age of dog should I look to purchase?
A: Depending on your lifestyle and personal needs, dogs are supplied at various ages.

Q: Do I have to pay everything up front?
A: For dogs listed on our website, a $500 deposit is needed in order for a dog to be considered sold.  The balance is due when you recieve your new dog.

Q: What kind of food do you feed your dogs?
A:

We feed all our dogs Taste of the Wild. Q: What are your certifications/training?
A:

One major problem we see with dog training is that there is no governing body that regulates dog trainers.  In other words, anyone can call themselves a dog trainer, and take your money, with no training, certification or accountability.  This is bad for dog owners and has led to many people being duped or unsatisfied.
 
We believe anyone who works with other people's dogs, especially when it's being done for payment, should be trained and certified.  Beware of any trainer that hasn't been formally trained and who downplays certification.  We are trained and certified through Fred Hassen's Sit Means Sit School of Professional Dog Training, as well as trained in the Trinity Remote Systems with SFC Dogs in California.  In addition, we are consistently adding to our education and training, always working to get better.  Your dog deserves that kind of commitment.
